Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Sparrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Jose, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
