Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Willow Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
