Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Field Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
