Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in San Diego with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
