Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
