Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Bright Birch Energy Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
