Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Basin Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
