Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Thistle Community Partners runs community programmes across San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
