Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
