Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Nest Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
