Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Stone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
