Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Bluepeak Vista Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
