Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around San Antonio. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
