Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Meadow Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
