Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Lakeside Civic Services works with county and city offices around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving budget submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
