Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
