Harborlight Oak Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 975 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints.
