Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova River Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
