Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
