Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
