Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Willow Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
