Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Sparrow Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
