Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Iron Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Salt Lake City producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
