Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Mill Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
