Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Vista Manufacturing makes precision components in Salt Lake City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
