Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
