Greenridge Willow Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots.
