Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Forge Freight Group is a Sacramento logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
