What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
