Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
