Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Maple Manufacturing is a Sacramento manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
