Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Sacramento with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
