Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Keystone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Sacramento with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
