Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
