Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Ridge Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
