Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Harborlight Keystone Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
