Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Richmond design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
