Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Northwind Sparrow Facilities is a facilities company in Richmond with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
