Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Summit Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Richmond with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
