Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Cross Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
