Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge West Inspection Services is an inspection company in Richmond with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
