Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Junction Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
