Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Ashton Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Reno. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
