Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
