Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Reno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
