Redstone Clear Freight Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
