Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Freight Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
