Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification.
