Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Greenridge West Inspection Services is an inspection company in Reno with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
