Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Pike Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
